General Exchange Policy

FODs provide a general exchange policy for items within 7 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt.

Exchange Eligibility:

Items, excluding final sale or exchange-only items, can be exchanged in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, in original package with tags attached) within 7 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt.

Products that do not fall under our exchange policy are listed below:

  • Products without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, tags, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Products that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product.
  • Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Price Adjustments)
  • Items purchased at a 50% discount, or more, are FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
  • Gift cards & eGift cards

Return/Replacement Process (By Mail – at a fee):

  • Provide a reason for your exchange within 7 days of receipt of product directly to our support team on support@fods.ca or via my account.
  • Exchange can only be made for products of the same amount or higher.
  • Request will be reviewed under 24 hours by our support team and your item may or may not be authorized for return due to our exchange policy on product eligibility.
  • Once approved, you will promptly receive an email with a return shipping label. Make sure to pack the order securely and then drop it off at the specified courier location. For your convenience, we ship using resealable packages.
  • Ensure returns are made within 7 days after shipping labels was received.
  • Additional cost of re-shipment will be dependent of delivery location and shipping carrier at the time of order.
